1. Close the outlet valve of the air heated vaporizer in the LNG filling station, slowly open the liquid inlet valve of the air heated vaporizer, and slowly open the outlet valve of the air heated vaporizer when the pressure in the air heated vaporizer is equal to the pressure in the storage tank.
2. Loosen (counterclockwise) the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulating valve, close the valve at the air point, and open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the pressure regulating valve; Adjust the pressure regulating valves one by one to the set pressure. Generally, the primary pressure regulating valve is adjusted to 0.09~0.095Mpa, and the secondary pressure regulating valve is adjusted according to the user's requirements. Adjustment method: tighten (clockwise) the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulating valve, and pay attention to the change of the pointer of the pressure gauge behind the valve. When the pointer is close to the set pressure, slowly adjust until the pressure is stable at the set pressure.
3. Open the valve of the gas consuming point, ignite the gas, observe the use of the gas, and pay attention to adjusting the pressure regulating valve to meet the use pressure of the gas consuming point. After stabilizing, lock the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulating valve, and screw on the protective cover.
